• GFWC MARKETPLACE
  You'll find all the program materials, GFWC emblematic merchandise, and an assortment of gift items in the GFWC Marketplace. Visit the gfwc.org website and click on GFWC Store in top right corner, then follow instruction for setting up an account or log in.

Forms

• Club Anniversary Order Form
  Use this form to receive a Anniversary Certificate for your Club's Anniversary. You can email, mail or fax the completed form back to GFWC. Note: Please allow two to three week for delivery from time order is received by GFWC.

• Gold Pins - 50 & 75 Year Member Recognition
  Honor your GFWC club members who have devoted 50 or 75 years to the Federation with a GFWC Gold Pin for 50-Years or GFWC Jubilee Pin for 75- Years commemorating their volunteer service. GFWC Gold & Jubilee Pins should be requested by the GFWC club president. They are available at no charge for new recipients.
  

• GFWC Certificate Template
  Download the GFWC certificate template to create custom certificates recognizing GFWC members for winning awards and contests within your State Federation, district, or club.

• In-Kind Donation Form
  This guide is to be used in conjunction with the standard GFWC reporting form. Please note that these are estimated numbers of item worth, based upon quantities provided by the Salvation Army, and not exact figures of definitive monetary value. This chart is merely a reference and is by no means exhaustive; if an item in question cannot be found here, utilize a similar item and value for your reporting figures.
